Journaling Workshop for anyone between the age of 8 and 65+. Sharing experience, testimony and tools to encourage healthy habits in our community. Exploring various aspects of journaling together. I will introduce participants to a journaling technique and practice the technique together to transform lives a page at a time.

• Four consecutive 90 minute sessions - A break down of the stated objectives with more opportunity for practice and engagement. Perfect opportunity to network and share best practices.
