Family Enrichment Centers are warm, inviting spaces open to all community members. They are led by caring staff and parent advisory councils. FECs are meant to promote protective factors - like social connection, access to concrete needs, and parental resilience - that foster strong family and community environments, contributing to healthy child and youth development. FECs are a community-driven spaces where all community members have access to and may benefit from activities and programs (called

"offerings").
